Q: Can I get a free sample?
A: Sure. Usually we offer free sample in small size or sample blocks, and you just have to pay the freight charge or other necessary expenses.
Q: Can I get the sample base on our own design?
 A: We provide samples that can be produced by existing moulds, for customized product, we suggest you refer to similar size or material grade of our existing products.
Q: What is sample’s lead time?
A: We'll arrange to send the sample to you immediately if we have it in stock. If it's out of stock, lead time is about 7 work days.

About Production
Q: Can we have our logo on the product or on package?
A: Yes. Before mould opening, you can determine your own pattern on product surface or appearance and logo on carton packaging can be customized.

About Payment
Q: What is your payment term?
A:
 1, T/T: 30% deposit, balance payment before loading.
 2, LC at sight.
